Covid-19 safety measures for your protection and mine

• I am fully vaccinated and boostered. I will wear a mask when I am inside your home.

• Please notify me if you have a scheduled appointment and you or anyone planning to be present develops symptoms of flu-like illness, including a scratchy throat. We may have to make alternate plans.

• There is the possibility that I will have to cancel an appointment if I develop symptoms of Covid, and I will give you as much notice as possible should this occur.
